Guruh Ingin Masyarakat Junjung Budaya Nusantara

JAKARTA - Guruh Soekarno Putra memiliki alasan mengambil tema Beta Cinta Indonesia pada pagelaran kolosal ke-40. Dia ingin masyarakat Indonesia dapat menjunjung tinggi budaya nusantara.

"Saya menginginkan kata 'Beta' dikenal masyarakat Indonesia dan bukan hanya etnik Maluku. Saya ingin kata 'Beta' dipakai untuk bahasa sehari-sehari, untuk memperhalus kata ganti aku. Kalau aku lebih individual, kalau mengekspresikan isi hati aku. Dalam rangka memperhalus, kita bisa pakai kata 'Beta'," papar Guruh yang ditemui di kediamannya, Jalan Sriwijaya No 26, Jakarta Selatan, Jumat (23/7/2011).

Guruh mengakui, persiapan menuju pagelaran kolosal tersebut telah rampung dari segi konsep. Namun dari segi teknis seperti panggung dan para pendukung acara masih melakukan persiapan.

"Sekarang masih lebih banyak di teknis panggung. Mempelajari melatih teknik panggung bukan dari segi artis, tapi operator yang menjalankan stage efek. Penari sudah mulai latihan. Dalam langkah, konsep sudah selesai," ungkap putra mantan Presiden RI Soekarno ini. (efi)
