Artis cantik Carissa Putri bagi-bagi tips untuk menjaga kesehatan di tengah kesibukannya. Menurutnya dengan rajin berolahraga dan minum vitamin ia bisa tetap fit.

"Olahraga, minum vitamin, banyak minum air putih," tuturnya ditemui di Tesate Plaza, Kuningan, Jakarta Selatan, beberapa waktu lalu.

Namun demikian syuting yang dijalani oleh Carissa untuk film CATATAN HARIAN SI BOY bisa dibilang cukup berat. Ia pun sempat drop karena harus syuting selama 30 hari penuh.

"Pasti ada sih drop apa lagi syutingnya 30 hari full, adalah mulai sakit, panas, istirahat sebentar jadi kita, mau gak mau ya," ucapnya.

Setelah tiga tahun tidak bermain film dan kembali dengan CATATAN HARIAN SI BOY, ketika ditanya apakah ia lebih memilih film atau sinetron, ia pun menjawab bahwa keduanya memiliki kesulitan masing-masing. "Beda sih semua punya kesukaran masing-masing," tutupnya. (kpl/buj/sjw)
